Halifax’s Australian half-back escapes drug ban

Dane Dorahy, Halifax’s Australian half-back, has been reprimanded by the RFL (Rugby Football League) after he failed to clear a drug test.
The explanation provided by Dorahy that he took steroids during a course of rehabilitation from an ankle injury was accepted by the advisory panel of RFL.

Failed drug test leads to suspension of Radioshack rider

Li Fuyu, the Team Radioshack rider, has been handed over a provisional suspension after he tested positive for a banned substance, as per the International Cycling Union (UCI).

Newsport’s Sean McGoldrick is in line to receive a belated Commonwealth Games gold medal after Manju Wanniarachchi, the bantamweight champion, failed a drug test.
