DOMINICAN REPUBLIC’S LOCAL PHARMACIES SELL STEROIDS

Do you know how hard it is to get your hands on anabolic androgenic steroids in the United States and in several other countries? Some individuals go as far as doing some illegal doctor shopping just to get enough prescriptions for these drugs. Apparently, this is not the case in the Dominican Republic. Ever since Alex Rodriguez has revealed his “cousin” from that place, everyone has been curious on how lenient it was there. Gregg Sarra of Newsday relays in his recent article just how easy it is to get anabolic steroids from the local pharmacies of the Dominican Republic.
From Newsday.com:
I walked into the Andreita Farmacia on the corner of a busy intersection on Calle Independencia in the middle of San Pedro de Macoris. I asked the pharmacist if he carried anabolic steroids, namely Primobolan and Sustonan 250.
“Si, señor,” he said.
He pointed to a shelf behind him as an overhead fan blew hot air on this steamy, 84-degree day. The druggist told me that Primobolan, also known as “Boli,” the steroid A-Rod admitted to using, was sold out. A new shipment would be available by midweek, he said.
According to Sarra, several other steroids were available aside from Primobolan. There were supplies of Dianabol, Deca-Durabolin, Sustanon and testosterone in the shelves. Interestingly, the stores accepted credit cards and did not want to ship the items to the States. The pharmacist even provided Sarra with the necessary syringes for the steroids.
Many of the substances being sold in Dominican Republic are prescription drugs in most countries for a reason. And this reason is that they are potentially dangerous stuff. Many will agree that necessary advice is needed in order to use them properly.
