U.S. judge hands over probation to Barry Bonds

The former baseball slugger, Barry Bonds, has been sentenced by a U.S. district judge to two years probation, with no prison time.
District Judge Susan Illston handed down the sentence to Bonds in a San Francisco federal for his conviction on a single criminal count related to an investigation over steroids use in sports.
