Anthony Forgione, a former police officer who was implicated in an Albany-based investigation of steroid trafficking, has pleaded guilty to a 15-count federal indictment for similar crimes.
The ex-cop faces a maximum potential sentence of life in prison for his guilty plea last Friday in U.S. District Court in Palm Beach County, Fla.
